What's included in the 14-day trial?
Every new account starts with a 14-day Professional trial with full access to all Professional features. No credit card required. After the trial, choose the plan that fits your needs.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays on your devices. LuminaEHR is offline-first -- your records are stored locally, not in the cloud. You can export data via FHIR R4 at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal through multiple payment gateways including Paddle, Stripe, PayPal, and Lemon Squeezy.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a pro-rated refund within 30 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. See our refund policy for details.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for any plan. You only pay the subscription fee. Enterprise customers with custom integration needs may have one-time development costs -- contact us for details.
